Beginner Pottery on the Wheel

Class Size : 1-2 Students
Ages: All
Dates:  April 7 & 14th, May 5th, 12, 19 & 26  (6 classes)
            Thursday 1 to 3 
Cost:   $ 170    per student
Pre-Registration and Payment is required (no refunds)
               All necessary supplies and firings furnished.


This Class will focus on basic wheel-thrown forms. Throughout the class we will learn to make a full dish set on the pottery wheel, including a bowl, cup, mug, and plate.  Off the wheel, we will learn to make handles, put decorative elements on our pieces,and glaze. All work created in this class will be fully food-safe and functional. Students should bring an old shirt or apron to cover clothes and a roll of paper towels.
